These details will provide you with crucial information and guidelines regarding your rights and responsibilities when making a purchase through our B2B Platform, unless we specify otherwise on our product pages or in our promotional offers. We go the extra mile to fulfill your orders with the utmost care, in line with the specifications and timelines indicated for each product. Order Processing & Shipping Timeline
- Each seller is responsible for processing and dispatching orders within 2-5 business days after confirmation.
- Standard delivery time varies between 7-10 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on the seller's logistics provider and the customer's location.
- Expedited shipping, if available, is subject to the seller's policies and may take 3-5 business days.
Shipping Charges
- Shipping fees, if applicable, are determined by the seller and will be displayed at checkout.
- Some sellers may offer free shipping on orders above a certain value, as per their individual policies.
Tracking & Delivery Responsibility
- Once an order is dispatched, the seller will provide tracking details, which customers can use to monitor their shipment.
- GoldClub does not take responsibility for delays, lost shipments, or damage during transit. Any issues related to shipping must be directly addressed with the seller or their logistics provider.
Returns & Refunds for Delivery Issues
- If there are any concerns about delivery, missing items, or damages, customers must contact the seller directly.
- GoldClub is not liable for refunds or exchanges related to delivery issues. Sellers may have their own return and refund policies, which will apply accordingly.
